General terms and conditions

Driver: Driver rent-a car must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license for at least 2 years

Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours)

Taxes: 20% VAT is included in prices

Additional rentacar driver: free of charge.

Deposit: is required and is in the price list. Credit card can be used also(VISA, MASTER, DINERS and DINA)

Unlimited mileage: if the car rental hire lasts longer than 3 days, mileage is unlimited, if the rental car rental up to 3 days, the mileage is limited to 150 km per day.

fuelling: payable by the renter. If the renter returns the rent a car vehicle with less gasoline than it was when picking up the vehicle is obliged to pay the missing fuel at current prices.

Traffic fines: who was responsible for the tenant is obliged to pay

Insurance in case of damage (CDW): The lessee can be secured from harm, if it pays 4 € per day, otherwise accounted for 10% of the damage. This insurance does not relieve the lessee's liability in case of violation of traffic rules and regulations, reporting of damage to the police ... The damage to the tires and the lower trap, rent car vehicles are not covered by this insurance and the tenant is obligated to pay 100% of the damage.

Theft Protection: To release from liability renta car theft when the vehicle lessee may pay 4 € per day. This means that the tenant is exempt from damage during the theft of rental car vehicles. If the tenant does not want to pay 4 € per day, is obliged to pay 10% of the value of the stolen rental car vehicle. The lessee must report the theft to the police and an official report is required, driving license and original keys, otherwise insurance is not valid.

Night delivery / collection vehicles: (from 20:00 to 08:00 hours) is charged 20 €. Delivery / collection vehicles on Sundays is charged 20 €.

Use of the vehicle: the lessee is obliged to take into account the rentcar vehicle and in case of problems inform Omnibus rental car agency. It is not allowed to ride off-road, racing, towing other vehicles, pozamljivanje car rental vehicle to another person, and modifications to the car rental vehicle. If the renter returns the vehicle dirty car rent will be charged for his laundry.
